We have many happy memories of living with Ed in Wandsworth. Many were the time we’d be sat in the kitchen where we’d be absolutely no use in the cryptic crossword, or Ed would randomly turn up on a Sunday with a Centurian Trophy in hand, having forgotten to mention he was ‘just’ running an ultra that weekend. Other fond memories are of a Sunday night quiz down The Plough, where following a ‘Beer Can Chicken’ once again we’d be limited help in the quiz. Di especially remembers going to see a band (Trivium) with Ed just to lose him within the first 5 minutes as he had headed straight to the front. She recalls spending her time swapping between watching the band & trying to find Ed in the crowd. Finally a memory from our wedding where Ed managed to be late to the ceremony in Wandsworth despite living less than 1km away from the venue. Ed will always have a place in our hearts and will be much missed.
